Ce fut un grand honneur de participer à une telle dégustation de Sauternes, un voyage dans le temps où les papilles sont mises à l'épreuve.
La conclusion est évidente le sauternes est un vin de grande garde (1991 est excellent de fruits confits et une acidité encore présente).

Vertical tasting of the 1991 vintage to the 2017 vintage.
It was a great honor to take part in such a Sauternes tasting, a voyage back in time when the taste buds are put to the test.
The conclusion is obvious Sauternes and a wine of great care (1991 is excellent candied fruit and an acidity still present).
